Do I need an email address to register?
Yes. Your email address will be your username and we use your email address to send registration receipts and copies of the registration waiver.
How do I fill the Annual Information Form (AIF) online?
The AIF must be filled out prior to registering for programs. You can find it by clicking here. There are 50 questions on the AIF. Not all questions may be applicable to your participant, but they must be filled out. The good news is, it will only need to be filled out once per year and when you are renewing your AIF in 2018, the answers from the prior year will pre-populate. We suggest filling out the AIF prior to registering for any programs. If you haven’t, the AIF will automatically be added to your cart and it may slow your registration process.
Can I create an account on my phone or mobile device?
The short answer is, yes, Rec1 is mobile friendly. That being said, we have noticed that the optimal device is a computer using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
How do I change my password?
To change your password on the Rec1 system, log into your account with the temporary password, click on “account” on the upper left-hand side of the screen, click on the pencil to the right of your name. Click for detailed instructions on How to change your password.
Can you cancel programs after the registration deadline?
You may request to cancel program registration by contacting the FVSRA office. Program cancellations due to medical reasons may require additional documentation. Other reasons for a program cancellation may be subject to a fee.
