Making Recreation Accessible to All

The Foundation transforms lives through elevating the goals and ideals of the Fox Valley Special Recreation Association.  Founded in 2010, the Foundation had supported initiatives such as the Carolyn Nagle Sensory Room, Dr. William Kelly Resource Library, Hardship Grants, Break Bags, SootheSpace, and has many new projects to come.

Through sponsorships and partnerships, hundreds of fundraising events, individual giving, and more, the Foundation enriches the lives of individuals with disabilities and families and helps them  enjoy healthy, active, and fulfilling lives.

Ways to Support

It all begins with you and there are many ways to give. From attending one of our events, making a one-time or recurring gift, hosting a friend-raiser, coordinating your employer’s matching gift programs, or donating items from our wish list, we can help you find the right way for you to support a cause that’s important to you.

Events:

One A-Chord Dueling Pianos: Join us for a musical feast for the senses as two top musicians from NYNY Dueling Pianos battle it out on the keyboards. Be prepared to sing along to all your favorite hits. The night includes a buffet style dinner, open bar, several games of chance, and entertainment all night long.

BBQ & Basket Raffle: Save the date for Friday, April 21 from 5:00-8:00pm at the Prisco Community Center.
