What is the Dr. Kelly Resource Library?

The Dr. William “Bill” Kelly Resource Library is a collection of adaptive equipment, technology, recreational items that are available for check out at no cost to our participants for a designated period of time. By utilizing our pool of resources at home, individuals will have continued recreational opportunities to build upon social interaction, physical activity, creativity and educational experiences.

The Dr. William “Bill” Kelly Resource Library exists to serve Fox Valley Special Recreation Association participants with a unique offering of resources and named in honor of the late Dr. Kelly—a friend and generous contributor to people with special needs.
