Water Aerobics


Ages 18+
Get ready for this low impact water workout. We will use water weights while running and performing aerobic exercise; this program is non-stop!


The goals of this program are to improve muscle tone, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance by participation in an aquatic program. (12 Weeks)
