Special Olympics Powerlifting

Description: 

Ages 16+

 

Powerlifting is a strength-based sport consisting of three events: squats, bench press and dead-lift. Athletes will train each week on these events to compete at the District Tournament.

 

The goal of this program is to improve upon personal bests in all events and in overall physical fitness.
