The page you are directed to is secure and is hosted by Authorize.net. The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your credit card company (creditor) cannot hold you liable for more than $50 in the unlikely event a fraudulent charge occurs on your account. In the unlikely event of a fraudulent use of your credit card at fvsra.org, you must notify your credit card company in accordance with their rules and procedures.
When you provide your e-mail address to FVSRA, it is stored with your personal information. With your permission, we may notify you of special events, programs and information that may be of interest to you through our Constant Contact account. To unsubscribe from this service, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail. Your e-mail will not be provided to anyone outside our organization.

FVSRA is committed to the preservation of online privacy for all of its website visitors, including children.
