Movin’ and Groovin’

Description: 

Do you like to move and dance and want to get some exercise? Then join us for a low impact workout that will combine a variety of fitness elements including step aerobics, dance moves, walking and use of fitness equipment while incorporating fun music. 


The goals of this program are to increase physical fitness through a variety of exercises and increase knowledge of how to exercise.

Session One -- Monday -- 2/6/17 to 5/8/17* -- 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM

Session Two -- Monday -- 2/8/17 to 5/10/17** -- 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM
