Movin’ and Groovin’
Do you like to move and dance and want to get some exercise? Then join us for a low impact workout that will combine a variety of fitness elements including step aerobics, dance moves, walking and use of fitness equipment while incorporating fun music.
The goals of this program are to increase physical fitness through a variety of exercises and increase knowledge of how to exercise.
